Terms & Conditions for MycarAi

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to the MycarAi service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

MycarAi provides vehicle maintenance and repair advice using a combination of artificial intelligence and human expertise. We do not perform mechanical work, issue warranties, or represent auto repair shops. Our role is to offer guidance and second opinions to help subscribers make informed and educated decisions.

MycarAi reserves the right to reject any vehicle at its discretion. If we determine that the integrity of the vehicle or the information provided is questionable or invalid, the subscriber’s membership may be terminated.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

While MycarAi aims to offer accurate and useful advice, the Service is advisory only and is not a substitute for professional mechanical inspections or repairs. You agree that:

    •    The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any recommendations.

    •    You are solely responsible for any decisions and actions taken based on our guidance.

    •    MycarAi is not liable for any damages or losses (financial, mechanical, or personal) resulting from the use of the Service.

4. Subscriber Responsibilities

You agree to:

    •    Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle

    •    Use the Service only for lawful and personal purposes

    •    Not use the Service in connection with high-risk or illegal activities

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Cancellation

    •    MycarAi is a subscription-based service. Charges recur monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.

    •    You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

    •    If your policy is canceled before meeting the 183-day minimum activation period, a one-time $50 cancellation fee will apply.

    •    No prorated refunds are provided for partial use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through MycarAi—including but not limited to advice, tools, designs, and logos—is owned by or licensed to MycarAi and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

We may refer or link to third-party mechanics, shops, or services. MycarAi is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services and does not endorse or guarantee them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MycarAi, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” MycarAi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
